Billionaire Elon Musk and Prince Andrew are named in new files released by Congressional Democrats that relate to the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The files turned over to the House Oversight Committee by the Jeffrey Epstein Estate appear to show that Musk had been invited to the financier’s island in December 2014.

Separately, a manifest for a flight from New Jersey to Florida in May 2000 names the Duke of York among the passengers.

I think the title is spelled wrong. The correct one is, “Donald Trump has been using the FBI and justice department to coverup the Epstein files because he probably fucked children.”

He definitely molested children… I don’t think was all that particular about age when he was in a “grab’em by the pussy” frame of mind. It’s all funny locker room talk until you think about how he bragged about buying beauty pageants so he could go into the dressing rooms, Miss Teen USA was one of the pageants he owned, he hung out with Epstein, he had teenage girls working in the spa at his hotel, at least one of which Epstein “stole” from him. Dude didn’t care about consent, and considered teenage girls to be property.

Ha ha ha locker room talk!

I admit I’m a little surprised (but not shocked) about Musk. Not because I didn’t think he would do that, just because he called out that Trump was in the Epstein files that time. Like I know dude has done all kinds of fucked up rapist stuff, just figured he was doing that stuff outside of Epstein’s sphere.

But not shocked, because how can you be these days? Just really idiotic for Musk called attention to the Epstein files when he was in them. The guy is an idiot, but you’d think even an idiot wouldn’t talk about anything to do with crimes they’re complicit in.

But ketamine is a helluva drug I guess.

Everybody always seems to forget about the Southern Strategy, where Donald Trump realized that conservatives in the South were the dumbest people in America, even dumber than Trump himself, and that if he switched to the Republican party, and then talked louder and more confidently than other people, these dumb shit conservatives would worship him and do whatever he says.

It does work that way, but Trump never realized anything.

Nixon, Barry Goldwater, and Harry Dent conceived of this idea, and Karl Rove helped move it forward into the modern era. Trump was just the right dumbass in the right place at the right time to help conservatives seize power after they completed almost 2 generations’ worth of propaganda and brainwashing our own people.

I can only think that you had a knee-jerk reaction assuming my initial word choice meant something that it clearly didn’t. That reaction is a large part of the problem with online discourse getting nowhere and everyone arguing all the time. You’re arguing with people agreeing with you for no fucking reason because you’re not actually stopping to understand the comments before responding.

I mean, yeah in this case that seems to be indicated by the evidence.

I get downvotes yet the responses are agreeing with what I said.

I can only assume that because I called out the Dems for bullshit politicas releasing only certain names and protecting their own, people are assuming I’m trying to make the opposite claim, yet the next 2 sentences prove otherwise.

So they’re not actually reading and comprehending the comment, they’re just reacting to their own assumption of what the rest of my comment must be in their head.

That certainly seems to indicate that people have terrible reading comprehension, vote, and comment without actually reading the comments fully.

So you tell me… if they’re agreeing with my comments, then why the downvotes if not a lack of reading comprehension and impulse control on social media?

            Its possible, sure.

But I’d also point out those aren’t the only three names in this new set of documents. Bill Gates is in there, another with Rich Kahn (Epstein accountant, who just last year along with Darren Indyke, espteins lawyer, tried to prevent themselves from being named in suits by victims), researchers like Joscha Bach, his lead attorney Reid Weingarten, etc.

This is only evidence of association, and not of crimes. There are quite a few names in these ledgers, Thiel, Musk, and Bannon are notable because its new information and well known names.

Edit: I’d add two other items - fully unredacted would just mean the victims will get targeted again, and that republicans are more than welcome to vote to release more details. They constantly keep blocking it.

Probably because of things like this:

            https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2025/8/21/2339592/-Republican-Sexual-Predators-Abusers-and-Enablers-Pt-57

Which is now up to part 57. I’ve yet to see a similar list of democrats, but considering the religious right, I do say its far more likely to see a lot of republicans with Epstein and committing crimes than democrats. So we’ll probably see a few more democrats at some point, but I think the numbers will lean heavily republican because they are just more likely.

Not nearly enough names. Keep going. I want to be shocked and dismayed. I want to find my blind spots. I want the names of people I thought were allies. And then I want us all to have a great, international cultural reckoning to ensure this doesn’t ever get this far again.

      What’s this nonsense?

Why are multiple commenters now saying “who cares about the Epstein files?”

There’s literally a cabal of child rapists running our society, and you people say “I don’t get the fuss about records of their child rape.”

I can only think of 2 things. Either these commenters are bad actors trying to convince regular people to be stupid, or they’re genuinely stupid beyond comprehension.

I honestly don’t know which is more likely at this stage. The internet has been infested with illogical-yet-popular dipshits ever since 4G made it easy for them to get online.

if jan 6 wasn’t enough, if ICE raids (both terms) weren’t enough, if the supreme court stacking wasn’t enough, if the election fuckery wasn’t enough, if the nominations to various positions wasn’t enough (hegseth, patel, etc.). why in the world would you think the epstein files would make a difference?

honestly maybe you can help them out? give them hope that this will be the thing that makes a difference.

If you waited 2 seconds before typing, you could’ve reached the third option: that I was half-joking. Think of it as a Tumblr post. I never said “who cares”, and given the effort to hide and divert the attention from them is clear the Files are important and dangerous. But my point still stand: all the names we expected are in there (apart from surprise guests), and all the fans (the same who were raving about Hillary’s pedo-ring) won’t believe any of it.

You don’t even need to be an Epstein Guy for this. It was rampant all through the 00s.

Mark Foley was chairman of the House Caucus on Missing and Exploited Children, having been appointed by Dennis Hastert, who was in the middle of making hush money payments to one of his own victims.

This was also when a bunch of the Catholic Church sex abuse scandal was breaking into the news.

Go back farther, to the 80s, and you might learn about The Franklin Scandal, a historic intersection of child prostitution and banking.

Easier said than done. I havent seen a system that doesn’t eventually attract and promote power hungry people. People that like having power over others, that abuse that power, and create systems to protect themselves.

Pedophilia is a real thing, but I highly doubt all these elites suffer from it. They are simply looking for a new taste, a new experience, a way of showing off their wealth and power. I honestly don’t know how you solve a problem like this without a huge purge that holds these offenders accountable. But they are in control and we are bickering over if global warming really actually seriously exists for real this time, and throwing anyone who could be The Other under the bus.

The last 10 years have really shaken my belief in the common man, and I’m seriously doubting if we have the faculties to hold a democracy together.

Bringing up the same old names, because they are A) untouchable and B) barely even news anymore.
