    This is the polite Swedish way of saying “Fuck off!”

    He said it the U.S. embassy that benefits from the City of Stockholm, not the other way around.     Could this be a bit of malicious compliance from the embassy personnel? Send the letter to utilities like electricity and water providers and cancel the contract if they don’t comply.

      Water and power will never be cut off.

      There is an apartment building on Lidingö that through a mess of legal workings, has ended up with Russia having occupied it since 2014, the current owners have tried to have power/water shut off, but the city will not allow it, due to the Russian having diplomat status.
