it’s such a shit show. the UK still, to this day, hasn’t come to the collective realization that they shot themselves in the face, and the EU has every fuckin right to have conditions to re-entry that treat the UK like any of the member nations.
At the end of the day it’s to europe and the UK’s benefit to reunite and lock things down, but good luck selling the uk public at large, that’s a tough sell.
