I hate the “when” framing of this headline. That framing alone is propaganda to make it seem inevitable.

I think part of it is that being able to get by without a car on a daily basis in America usually means that you own premium real estate that is close to the workplace and crucial infrastructure.

But it does highlight that any random brute could put on a mask and do this with no authorization whatsoever. It’s a fundamental human-rights and rule-of-law breakdown to fail to present a warrant.
