He called people “goyims,” which come to find out is an Israeli supremacist term to refer to non-Jewish people

You need to lay off the conspiracy theories and go touch grass. “Goy” (plural goyim not goyims) is just the Hebrew/Yiddish term for non-jews (gentiles in English), it’s not “Israeli supremacist”.

And “boy” just means a young man. Except when it’s used as a racist epithet against black men.

      Almost as if context matters.

If you were even remotely honest you’d acknowledge that in yiddish its frequently used to mean someone stupid, not just a nonbeleiver. goyishe kopf means goy head, aka stupid.

Theres a list of them in the wikipedia for goy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goy search for the word “derogatory”.

Saying its just means “non jewish” is like saying (pick your supremacist ethnic slur here) simply means “of a certain ethnicity and nothing more” . Its a pure BS propaganda answer. I for one am tired of supremacist propoganda in the world-- its poison and it needs to effing end. People who pursue it need to be put in their place. Enough is enough.

Terms which categorically pit one group against another cause big problems. And people like yourself that deny any problem are also the problem.

You’re either jewish or it sounds like you need to lay on the conspiracy theories. You’re defending a group of people that fundamentally hate you.

More likely, tulaab. That’s the Arabic plural form.

Talib means student or (more etymologically) seeker of knowledge in Arabic. The Taliban got their name because the original recruits were students. Taliban is talib with the Pushto plural form -an stuck onto it, because they were too illiterate to use the Arabic plural form.

          Thats cute, fatcrab.

So if “goy” (supremacist word) is just fine, then “taliban” (aka ‘seeker of knowledge’) is fine. Be consistent, FatCrab. Language is an agreement on a meaning, and for people to adopt your preferred pet meaning of a word, it has to be a logical, ethical, even handed use of the word. Or, you could just accept that words have conotations. Theres a reason the N word is hateful, as an equivalent example.

While we’re at it, I dont like your term “Islamofascist”… seems like tying fascism to what billions of people beleive as a religion. But hey, I’ll allow it, if you allow us to start using “judeofascist”, or even better, “judeo-nazi”. Which do you prefer? Although we already have “zionist” which captures all that already. But native intuits have 10 words for snow, so zionists having many words for fascism is legit.

I would say using judeosupremacist or judeofascist is a fine way to describe Zionism. After all, yiddish newspapers in the 20s often compared it to “Hitlerism”. But that is unrelated to the fact that “goy” is itself a completely neutral word simply denoting non-Jewish. You trying to turn a common and mundane word into a secret word to mean some sort of Zionism is not just fucking stupid, it’s dangerous.

using the word “islamofascist” is also dangerous. Didnt stop you using it though. Maybe heed your own advice. I’m not muslim but I dont like to see that BS. And just because you personally feel “goy” is completely neutral doesnt mean it is.

I…don’t think you are understanding the point of my example. It’s fine, but maybe let it roll around in your head a bit until something clicks.
