I’m honestly surprised there was no such document in France before.

Here in Germany we basically have basically nothing BUT this checklist and guidelines

This is an English-language community. Comments should be in English. Posts can link to non-English news sources when providing a full-text translation in the post description. Automated translations are fine, as long as they don’t overly distort the content.
