Not just bad lines. Season 3 as a whole was terrible. I just finished it in 2 days yesterday and I stand by my opinion that they should’ve stopped at S1. I get that the writer/director didn’t get paid much for S1 so this was his opportunity to cash in, but it really showed how there was little care put into the following seasons. And Netflix milking the shit out of it with spinoffs will destroy any legacy the first one left behind.

    • Yeah season 1 will always be the best. season 2 and 3 just felt weirdly rushed and jarring plot wise to me. also

      spoilers

what was up with the plot with the detective? He literallyy accomplished nothing lol. if the season didn’t have those scenes it would’ve been the same. just seemed like badly written filler that left me wanting something but nothing actually happened

I didn’t even realize they had already made a third season. It was three years between S1 and S2, but six months between S2 & S3? That’s really odd.

Because S2 and S3 are actually just one season that they split to maximize milking potential.

Sounds about right. Still waiting for Stanger Things season 4, part 3, subsection 8: the final final chapter.
