Not to worry, it’s mostly an aircraft now. (May contain traces of solidcraft)
TLDR: It’s most likely that the parachutes failed to properly deploy.
So they’re not lost. Probably still in the aircraft.
Considering how big the ocean is I’d still consider them/it lost though.
