So I just check the setting again because I literally never see an NSFW post when browsing all. Turns out there are two options for NSFW, one to blur (in “Appearance”) and one to hide (in “Filters and Blocks”).

Have you tried the latter? Because I just turned it off seconds ago and NSFW posts start appearing now.

Appreciate the clarification. Somehow NSFW stuff rarely appear on my feed so I didn’t really notice.

Thank you, I think it is a very reasonable take. Not every asylum seekers have value that align with left-leaning ideology. It is hard to start this discussion without being labeled as right wing/nazi/racist.

I am an ex-muslim and also pretty damn left, but it is really hard to have a discussion on why Islam can be Bad. I put my hope for all the progressive muslims to change the culture surrounding the religion but considering how Islam works, I am not very optimistic it can change. We will see.

If you’re okay with sharing it here, I would like to know more about what happened? Which value of extreme left have you reconsidered?

Guessing by the kind of people who use lemmy, probably not from conventional casino or lottery, but stocks/crypto or, less likely, gacha game.

I’m also in team gold and white. Just like you, my brain perceived the source of light is from the back and part of the dress that I saw is shaded.

What helped me see the dress as black and blue is trying to imagine a zoomed out image of this photo where the dress in uncropped, then force myself to believe that it is a brightly lit clothing shop. Also I tried to see the background as a mirror that reflect the light, so my brain can finally process that the lighting is not exclusively from behind the dress.

Looks interesting! I love Outer Wilds so I get the appeal.

Something cool that happened to me this year? I would say meeting my LDR partner after not seeing him for almost a full year!!! The best thing is, the LDR part was so painless because I just fully trust him and his commitment to the relationship.

I have some hydrohomies and/or dad jokes memes saved but this one just absolutely got me.
