You simply don’t get it, there are shit loads of people who are struggling with their mental health and for various reasons they cannot afford a therapist. So yes, better to have an AI therapist than no therapist.

The bigger problem here is the loss of jobs and we are talking about a huge loss of employment that will affect economies really hard. The future looks more and more bleak.
