I’ve seen maybe a little of that with my shield, but nothing too crippling. I have an apple TV on one system and a shield pro on the other. I still prefer the shield especially because it supports audio bit streaming l, has a superior remote, and for the past couple of weeks I’ve developed an ethernet issue with the Apple TV that I still haven’t fixed. I’ve had very few issues overall with the shield.

I don’t think that’s true anymore with modern engines. It’s my understanding that the on / off strain is no longer a limiting factor on engine wear and that the emissions and fuel saving benefits may be mild but are real from a net efficiency standpoint. While emissions savings are probably the greatest, I’m using this primarily to save anything I can with wartime gas prices.
I haven’t seen one where this can’t be disabled as a setting. Assume you’ve checked? If not imagine someone has found a hack for this.

We don’t need AI search, we need agnostic search. We need a search that isn’t biased and doesn’t rely on SEO money. With Google failing miserably at search and flailing with Ai BS, the field is ripe. There are some competitors but i think there’s a lot of room for an even better option here.
