    Whatabout it? Not a very good comparison since Ivy Bells was minimally disruptive (by design since disruption raises likelihood of discovery). That’s like saying the USA invented surgery so it’s totally cool for Russia Shadow fleet to keep doing chainsaw amremovedtions.
