Remember when Israel called its war against Iran “preemptive”, as well as many previous wars: https://www.aljazeera.com/gallery/2025/6/29/israels-history-of-preemptive-strikes Though this article is still biased, using the weak language of saying that Israel has “tested the limits of international law” rather than simply “breaking international law”.
