Spain population in general is probably not increasing, but people move from less popular areas to more popular areas, where it’s easier to find a job or study

What do you mean it hasn’t been increasing? According to wikipedia https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demografía_de_España
It has been at 46.X million from 2009 to 2019. Now it is at 49M
So in 6 years it has increased 3x of what it did last decade.
