basically what the title says. when you’re “loyal” to somebody, that means you’ll take their side, even when they’re wrong, and that’s unfair towards the rest of the world.

    Not related to the point much, but anyone remember Ronin Warriors?

    All of the good and bad guys were the embodiment of some spiritual ideal like courage or wisdom or whatever. The 5 heroes embodied the purer ideals, and the villains embodied the more corruptible ones. By the end they’d all be on the same side fighting darkness or whatever.

    Loyalty was one of the corruptible ideals.

    It always cracked me up that it was also the VERY FIRST ONE TO CHANGE SIDES 😂

        Just barely. It was on marathon during a sick day as a child, and I’d be on the lookout for it for a while after that.

        I think loyalty guy’s name was Anubis? … I don’t think I can name a single other character
