The introduction of ads on Prime Video were what got me to cancel Prime entirely. I don’t buy enough from Amazon to pay more than the Prime cost in shipping in a regular year, and I don’t use any of the other services bundled with Prime. If they had just let me pick shipping and ad-free streaming at the expense of Prime Music and the other benefits, I might still be a Prime subscriber.
But now I just sail the seas for the handful of good shows they actually have because I am not paying for the privilege of being served ads.

Mines paid for by my ISP, else I wouldn’t have it.
