By death toll, number one was the Qing dynasty, very much not communist. Number 2 was communist China. You have to go all the way to number 11 before you hit the USSR.

Better and fewer working hours.
Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.
