It’s not fooling anyone. These things are often about 50% Pollock which is a decent fish in its own right. Just give me a slightly smaller piece of Pollock sushi instead!
It really is delicious, I prefer it over real crab myself.
I also miss when Tilapia was cheap 😔
i mean maybe i like imitation crab. maybe pollock is 50% of the way to evolving into crab.
Crab stick works for both images.
