Lol I’m close. Not quite there yet but looks like my linux habits have a head start


The funny thing for me is I swapped to fedora after my last attempt to use arch failed spectacularly.
I’ve found I’m at a point where I just want my device to work and work well
Windows isn’t exactly my cup of tea either, but at the end of the day an operating system is just a tool to do what you need to do on a computer.
Linux is my choice, but everyone’s got their preference.


For me that day was yesterday. Ran an update. Next bootup got a black screen.
Saw it as a sign that it’s time to distro hop again lol


Just because he’s still got a big audience, I do wonder if we’ll see any noticeable bumps in the number of linux users.
Probably gonna be temporary, but still makes me curious

Gotcha. Thanks for explaining it. I’m in the US so I was really curious on what was different in the EU that would cause problems for them
They’re illegal in Europe? Could you elaborate a bit on that?

I had to look up a source again but I remember reading that they were having major equipment issues like rockets getting fueled with water and stuff like that.
If that is the case, then something like this doesn’t sound that surprising
