They invited a person from Sweden Democrats, which have been blacklisted from Israel in the past. SD have members who have said “the jews are the root of all evil”, are on record for singing antisemitic songs, written prasies of and been photographed with an actual SS volunteer, and generally hold the opinion that jews cannot be swedish, they can only dress in the swedish identity but never belong to the swedish nation. And that is just the top layer of that party who are still there.
For lecturers I think it is common to have some condition like “must learn the language in X years of employment”. Then in germany I know the uni sometimes provide a reference copy in english of all the hiring documents, like contracts. That is, an english translation that is not legally binding, but still a proper traslation. I did not see the same in france nor italy.
Develop minimum preparedness criteria for essential services such as hospitals, schools, transport, and telecommunications.
I hope they are taking this point seriously so that privatized welfare no longer gets special treatment.
