This is only true in a world that is mostly full of people with morals. A society built on lying and manipulation inevitably collapses - look at what is happening to the United States. They elected an amoral lying manipulator and in just six months their society is unraveling. They just passed a law that took money away from hungry children and sick people so that their psychopathic leader can better persecute his enemies: that is, anyone who opposes him. ICE just became the best-funded “law” enforcement agency ever created. These states always collapse sooner or later, though, because morality is the foundation of law. No one is going to invest in a country where their assets can be seized and they can be imprisoned on the caprice of a senile madman. You can’t have trade without trust - all that is left in places like the US are predators and prey.

Let’s be clear about what is upsetting Musk. He is in favour of the tax cuts to the rich. He just thinks that the poor should SUFFER MORE to make the tax cuts happen. He wants to keep all of the stuff that will benefit him, and cut all the stuff that keeps everyday Americans alive. Please don’t spin this as some kind of redemption arc for Musk. If anything, he upset that Trump isn’t even shittier.

I think Tesla is finished. I would never buy one simply because all of the investors are Nazi-friendly, or they would have sold their stock or shit Musk right out of the company by now. Honestly, that’s a weird take. Through reading i have learned about so many things i would never have the chance to experience in person.
