8·12 days agoI downloaded fennec, and no, it doesnt have the previous UI. It has exactly the same UI, probavbly because it is based off firefox main build; as such i see no value provided?

I d never buy one because it diesnt run linux and isnt upgradable
My main laptop is 10 years old, 19", runs linux, and I upgraded to SSD and more ram. It cost me initially about 650€ + upgrades over time. This was the most money i ever spent on a laptop at that time.
I see no value in a subpar, locked, laptop

The “never breaks” under debian is such a bold and false claim lol.
Try to run a modern high dpi laptop with a debian; you ll quickly find yourself installing from “testing” instead of “stable”, otherwise it wont even start X11. Oh, i see you mixed up some packages from “stable” into your “testing”? Shame, have fun reinstalling your OS
Sure “skill issue”. But Debian was the only distro I was able to break. Twice. Because first time I didnt understand what happened
