Well, first off interfering with public broadcast stuff is a no-no. Secondly, the zero is probably not the platform at least without buying a lot of hardware. Targeting a specific frequency and locally flooding with interference is possible but you are also screwing with everyone else locally.

There are probably more effective and petty ways to get the point across. Good luck.
