@Peffse I will check that in my server. Thanks for the tip.
@Mountaineer I haven’t updated my selfhosted jellyfin server to 10.11 yet. 😱
You should at least provide the model of the omada router. At least for a ER706W V1, vendor specifications says that it supports IPv6 static routes.

Watones Informáticos - Tecnología@feddit.cl•flohmarkt a federated alternative to ebay and facebook marketplace
3·1 year ago@_donnadie_ @vsis se ve super interesante.

2·1 year ago@puducioso ¿qué VPN usas?

No sé…

Selfhosted@lemmy.world•Is there a music thing that handles single tracks
3·1 year agoI don’t totally understand your request. Maybe, do you refer to something like https://odesli.co/ that can generate a kind of “universarl url” for songs in streaming services. isn’t it?

Selfhosted@lemmy.world•Selfhosting Sunday - What's up to date, selfhosters?
3·1 year agoI’ve just noticed that proxmox 9 is already available. I will check the procedure before upgrading my machine. Any suggestions regarding that?
@Babalugats You need to provide more information about your setup and config. Are you trying to connect from outside your local network to the domain name no the ip address? Do you have the right DNS A register configured? Any firewall that can be blocking ports? port forwarding in your router?
@Babalugats I think “/api” i the url is wrong. It is only needed the host and optionally port when not using default http or https. Try just with http://your-host:2283/
I think you’re not providing enough information to help you. You should provide your config files, some logs and detailed explanation of failure.
you’re right. I’ve just noted that client and server are available in flathub

does jellyfin have a flatpak app for the server or is it just the client app? So far I know it is just the client.
I think the easiest way to install immich is with docker.

Selfhosted@lemmy.world•What are the ramifications of letting an old domain that was used for email go back into the market?
13·1 year agoIn the worst case, the new owner could create the same email account and try to supplant your identity. I think it is very unlikely, but I would not risk and keep the domain for a couple of years, at least, to be sure.
I only store some family photos. I use immich and have assigned an album for that.

Selfhosted@lemmy.world•how are my fellow peeps hosting your music collection these days?
3·1 year agoYes. There is a plugin to use jellyfin as a source in volumio. It’s the best.

Do you have access to external drive files with your Linux user? Can you read a modify files? If so, surely it is a file permission issue.
