1 month agoSkepticism doesn’t necessarily entail outright rejection of something. Like, I could be skeptical about vaccines and their side effects, but still get the vaccine because it is the best option available to me right now.

It’s more like people in power don’t like civil liberties.
I agree on trying the live boot first. I played around with the live boot for a week, and ended up installing mint as dual boot when I got frustrated about not being able to save files, save settings etc. I was barely using Windows at that point.
