Game of Thrones is not a must watch TV show. If you are into that type of stuff go for it, but it doesn’t much much of a value in your life if you do watch it.

Personally, I hated Picard a lot more than Enterprise. The first season was fine. But it was all kind of confusing after that.

TBH, I’d AI can screw up the education system so fast then it is the fault in the education system. AI is bad, but our education system is not good either.

Also, remember the legal battle Elon had against Brazil over suspending some 5 users. It seems like Musk just follows order from governments that are authoritarian.

With so many examples like twitter, reddit, Factbook, whatsapp, instagram etc. can you really blame us for not liking centralized services? Also, I don’t hate all centralized services. I love Wikipedia, Openstreetmap.org etc. Also, the outage of OSM earlier proves that single point of failure is a reason for concern.

How about misskey? It has character limit, but still you can write a lot (2000 character limit). There are also channels.

For the social part of the Snapchat, it has a couple of features. Like locations, stories, streaks (which a few in my uni was too much into for some reason). And, let’s be honest, Snapchat was used a lot for sending nudes back in the day, though I doubt OP was asking for that feature.

I am not apprehensive towards AI/ML but I don’t want LLMs in my system. I have no need for it and it will just unnecessarily slow down my system. Instead, I want useful ML stuff, some autocorrct or autocomplete or better image processing in my camera app, you know the basic ML stuff that smartphones do since like 2017.
