We should shut down the phone sustem, postal system and just about any form of communication seeing as those are used by criminals but these old farts use those and not VPNs. At this point, if you know what X has been doing and you’re still on there, you’re condonning the sick images it’s producing and spreading. ESPECIALLY if you’re paying for it. The UK government (where I’m from) need to treat it as it would any other site that produces this sick, harmful material. If this was some no-name site run by some poor, no influence guy from his bedroom, they would have blocked it weeks ago.
