Usually that’s a partial clog, and it happens at the same point because it’s triggered by something, usually retractions. Is that an area with many smaller extrusions?
I’m not familiar with the Prusa hotend, but make sure that your nozzle is screwed on completely and, if you have a detachable heartbreak, check that too.

So, sonarr starts the download in qbittorrent, monitors it, and imports it in its Library once it’s completed. First of all check inside Sonarr whether it has imported the file or not, it could be that it was imported but not moved.

It could very well be that it’s clogging BECAUSE it’s shitty or wet filament, tho. Is your nozzle screwed in correctly, heatbreak too, etc?
