I lived in Japan for 6 years. This is kind of true, but if you can point then you can get what you’re after.
I don’t know, I thought half the fun of Japan was the not knowing what I would stumble on.
Neil Degrasse Tyson said it best on why he hates algorithms, “they don’t let me find anything, they take away the wonder”.

I got banned on reddit when they left port for saying “sure would be a shame if something happened to it, and these losers driving diesel who voted for this get no relief”
“Inciting violence” apparently.
At least I get my wish. Funny that.

That doesn’t surprise me. I was forced to live next door in Idaho for 5 years. WA state is not nearly as progressive outside of Seattle as you’d hope. I found out once I visited a few times.
The whole eastern half of WA is pretty shit, politics included, imo.

Which states? I’m sure that they are already “dangerous” states for the trans community anyways.
And while I know that it comes across as snark, it’s to be expected in certain states.

Talarico and Hinojosa winning is such a crazy thing to wake up to. Texas, and most of its citizens are still a lost cause, but good to see that there were enough good ones for once.
Michigan is less surprising to me, but I’m glad Georgia showed up and got Ossof in.

If only there was a vaccine for such a terrible illness…
I love how the right can both apply the suffering, but also pray for it to go away…or worse, just act shocked to feign ignorance. Backwards people.

I would never be doing that, so I’m sold on it then. It’s basically just my backup movie/TV hub for my LAN.

See, I hadn’t even heard that. Is JF on anything like Apple TV (like Plex) or would i have to figure out the streaming part?

I’m not one to Stan a megacorp, but free my boy McRib. He did nothing wrong!

A person I actually wouldn’t mind seeing ICE deport…

Is this what finally keeps him in the office and off the links?
Depends where you’re at. Tokyo they will mostly speak to you in Japanese, so i would attempt there. But I was in Okinawa for most of it, and most locals were good at English and used you to practice.
Helped many kids fulfill their school projects by letting them ask you questions on the street, in English lol.
It’s no different to seeing someone in your country who can’t speak. You both just figure it out together.
