If you’re that paranoid, the only thing that’s going to satisfy all of your requirements is a pen and paper.
Run two PiHoles. This way you can take one down for maintenance and the other keeps working.
So it does the Sonic adventure on mobile in a free app? And has offline storage? And has a station creator?
Its monthly or lifetime and the lifetime is like 6-8 years of paying monthly.
And Plexamp.
And a decent AppleTV app.

I knew our local UPS driver had a stoke because of the heat. The fact that it has been 3 years and they bought zero truck with air, nor done jack shit for workers. YET the union doesn’t strick? Why no way they should work in these conditions.

Let’s say your lightbulb(s) become comprised. A bad actor now has a toehold into your network.
Maybe they run a spam relay through the bulb. Maybe they attack your network by attacking the printer that hasn’t had a firmware update in years.
Point is, there’s someone with access to your network that isn’t you.
