True, banks don’t like “unacceptable” graphics on their custom cards. Etsy you can buy a credit card cover sticker. I always wanted to buy one but I don’t know the cheapness\durability of the sticker or want a liability if it jams in a machine on me. But they exist.
I asked for and received a debit card with nothing on the front years ago. Everybody thought it was a cloned card. This was when you had to hand the card to the cashier.
