Non members of the ICC still practice slavery as well. One prominent non-member in particular has slavery enshrined in the 13th amendment to its constitution in fact.

Which means it shouldn’t be able to do anything to hold Israel accountable for crimes committed by the country of its leaders?
It couldn’t anyway. International law is fake
