It was something around 1.9€/liter yesterday for both petrol and diesel fuel, which is equivalent to a bit over 8 dollars per gallon. And my country has lower excise tax on fuel than some others where the prices currently are about 50% higher I believe.

The only consolation is that this will hopefully reduce the world’s dependency on oil and gas.
