The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit issued a stay, lifting a lower court’s block on USPS’s mail-in ballot proposal, in a major win for Trump.

The complications is that there are at least four major threads of this going on in different districts and judges. Two in front of Talwani in Massachusetts, this one in DC district, plus another in DC District in front of Nichols.
