Wet food is kinda expensive all the time where I live but I do water her dry food till its mush for her

Thats the thing tho, she isnt free fed. I feed her about 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night) and its only 1/8 cup each time. But I should play with her more, I know I haven’t been doing that enough lately.

Does forgetting to drink water and eat food make you more angry and emotional over things? Cause random outbursts and random mood swings?

Im autistic so I use it to help me navigate certain social situations I wouldn’t understand otherwise, its helping me reflect more on my behavior and helping me change myself for the better.

Don’t get me wrong I still have an actual therapist and doctor and I don’t use it for everything just when I get confused in public.
