In the opening episode the entire crew get mysteriously turned into ballerinas and a shipwide ballet ensues.

In the 2nd episode the ship gets a googly thomas the train eyes and Pike gets a cartoon mascot.

Just more of the great writing you came to love in the early series.

I love this show.

It’s old Trek, with more humor, and a modern budget. Pike is a mixture of Kirk/Picard, 80% Picard.
